12th–13th August 2009 – The 8th consecutive DotA landmark hits the airwaves of Kampar, Perak once more bringing to light an inclusive DotA coverage from the DDS Solution Cyber Café, fabulously sited just a stones throwaway from Jalan Hala Timah at Taman Bandar Baru. The DotA gears of battle were rotating at full throttle as SMM launches another colossal tide of rising DotA stars in a benchmarking attempt to seek and distinguish those worthy of upholding the Perak championship status and Top-4 qualifying spot to represent Malaysia in the lucrative SGNDT 09’: Grand Finals this coming November. The decisive outcome witnessed at Perak will inevitably be judged by a tenth fold, priding each qualifying teams with a chance to bank onto a feasible cash booty worth up to RM 42, 000 for reigning champions, RM 20, 000 for 1st Runner-Up, RM 13, 000 for 2nd Runner-Up, and RM 8, 000 for 3rd Runner-Up. Apart from a minimal power-cut shortage for about 1 and a half hour during the 1st day stint at Kampar, the hibernation period for the Top 16 hit-list soon resumed the next day with a rejuvenated outlook – freshly instilled with a renewed virtue to mark their prowess into the DotA logbook of victory.
