The Counter-Strike Online World Championship 2013 grandly commences in Shanghai, China as talented teams storm the front for home and country!



7th-8th December 2013, SHANGHAI, CHINA – Guns blazes and bullets ricochet in style as the highly awaited Counter-Strike Online World Championship: Shanghai 2013 commenced during the weekend at the posh E-Sports Arena located along Luban Road in the Luwan district. Representing Malaysia in full throttle was Team KNOCKED THE FRAGGED OUT, valiant winners from the previously concluded Counter-Strike Online World Championship: Malaysia Finals where they made a commandeering comeback to knock a very resurgent Team INVASION off their perch. The vibe to international stardom was one of great reckoning as Team KNOCKED THE FRAGGED OUT produced a remarkable performance – knocking Team TMVG from Hong Kong and Team COLDRAIN of Japan in the group stages. Fighting ever so proudly with Malaysia’s armband dawned upon their chest, Team KNOCKED THE FRAGGED OUT persevered until the very end before gracefully succumbing to defeat at the hands of the eventual Champions of the tournament, Team TYLOO from China and the 2nd Runner-Up, Team VATRENI of Indonesia respectively during the formidable group stages. Meanwhile on opposing groups, Team NEW4 of China rose to the occasion to claim 1st Runner-Up in the Championship, storming out of Group B as they clash with strong opponents from across the globe which includes Team HWA from Turkey, Team PROJECTKR of Korea, Team CARRYMEPLEASE of Singapore, and Team  PYTHON from Chinese Taipei respectively.
